Imped bald eagle flies again

A bald eagle from a nest at a U.S. Steel mill near Pittsburgh is flying in the wild again thanks to new flight feathers courtesy of Tamarack Wildlife Center in Northwestern Pennsylvania.

Officials from the rehab center, the Pennsylvania Game Commission and U.S. Steel released Rosie the bald eagle after 3.5 months of rehabilitation. Read more in the Tribune-Review, Oct. 21, 2022.
